Research interests
Mr. Chien-Chi Lo has nearly 15 years of work experience on developing bioinformatics workflows, analytic software, and genomic data analysis. Since joining LANL in 2007, Chien-Chi has participated in many key aspects of the research projects. He is one of the main developers of EDGE Bioinformatics platform which is an open-source software platform providing bioinformatics tools as part of a series of intuitive workflows in user friendly interface and got the R&D 100 Awards in 2017.
