Research interests
Jinkyoung's key expertise is synthesis and fabrication of hybrid architectures composed of multi-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials, especially Si/Ge nanowire heterostructures and 2D/3D heterostructures. I'm also actively working on nanoelectronic/optoelectronic devices to study quantum materials and quantum information system.
