Research interests
Paul Li is a research technologist in the Bioscience Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He has more than 15 years of work experience in bioinformatics software and pipeline development, signature and assay design for pathogen detection. He is the one of the main developers of EDGE Bioinformatics, NMDC workflow, and other DOE funded projects. Paul also has extensive experience in metagenomic analysis, taxonomic classification and data visualization. He is currently working on developing tools to expedite pathogen diagnostics and response.
