Abstract

We report the results of a molecular dynamics study of molten and glassy SiSe2 using an effective interparticle interaction. Results for the partial pair-correlation functions, partial structure factors, bond-angle distributions and statistics of rings are reported. Results are in good agreement with the neutron diffraction experiments. © 1989.
