Abstract

We have demonstrated submicron periodic metal nanohole array with voltage selective chemical functionalization using compound 4-nitrodiazoniumtetrafluoroborate. The resulting spectral shift of ~70nm indicates the potential for use in high sensitivity chemical detection. © 2008 Optical Society of America.
