Abstract

We investigate E-beam irradiated 1T-Phase quantum dots on 2H-MoS2 by photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy and mapping. Red-shifted PL spectra from quantum dots under different dose levels are greatly enhanced under 10K than 300K.
