Abstract

We directly demonstrate a dielectric optical magnetic mirror using phase-locked mid-infrared time-domain spectroscopy. This magnetic mirror is formed by micron-sized cubes of tellurium fabricated on a dielectric substrate. © 2013 The Optical Society.
