Abstract

We consider the effects of disorder in tethered membranes created by random polymerization of fluid films. The randomness quenched in upon polymerization is found to be irrelvant, implying that such membranes exhibit properties essentially identical to those of homogeneous tethered membranes. © 1992 The American Physical Society.
