Abstract
We have successfully designed and fabricated third generation waveguide-based sensor arrays that can operate as high density immunoassay sensors for detection of proteins and other biomolecules in solution. Each die (1.8 cm x 1.5 cm) contain up to 16 sensors and is fully integratable with microfluidic channels. A readout circuit based on a servo-locked laser provides exquisite sensitivity down to 20pg-cm-2
