Intrinsically Radiation Tolerant Quantum Dot Lasers

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

Radiation tolerant lasers are essential for reliable operation in extreme environments. InAs quantum dot lasers are measured to be l Ox less sensitive to neutron radiation than InGaAsP quantum well lasers, supported by many-body gain modeling.
