Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate the magnetic mirror behavior of all-dielectric metasurfaces at optical frequencies through phase measurements using time-domain-spectroscopy. The unique boundary conditions of magnetic mirrors can lead to advances in sensors, photodetectors and light sources. © 2014 OSA.
