Abstract
By using a spectroscopic imaging scheme we show that spatial locations of quantum dots (QD’s) can be determined with nanoscale precision. This capability enables us to observe: (a) thermally activated interdot carrier transfer among neighboring QD’s and (b) formation and disintegration of multiparticle states manifested by the interdot population shuffling.
