Abstract

The disorder effect in d-wave superconductors with nonmagnetic impurities in the unitary limit was numerically examined. The quasiparticle density of state (DOS) was calculated. It was found that a weak DOS peak can occur at zero energy and correspondingly the spin conductance is strongly enhanced at finite sample size.
