Abstract

We demonstrate reconfigurable optoelectronic meta-surfaces via controlling the linear polarization of the incident laser pulses. The nanoscale local photocurrent and the polarization of the radiated terahertz pulses change their directions while rotating the incident linear polarization. Through spatially patterning, we observe photocurrents switching from radial to azimuthal directions, thus expecting switching of the generated terahertz vector beams.
