Time-resolved mid-infrared dynamics of an InAs/InGaAs quantum-dots-in-a-well detector

Abstract

Time-resolved dynamics of an InAs/InGaAs quantum-dots-in-a-well (DWELL) detector are measured at 3.9,7.5, and 10 μm. This technique enables us to track carrier relaxation within the heterostructure.
