Voltage Tunable Nonlinear Response from Semi-Parabolic Quantum Wells Coupled to Metasurfaces

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceeding › Conference contribution › peer-review

Abstract

We present a new nonlinear polaritonic system comprised of quantum-engineered intersubband transitions in symmetry-broken semi-parabolic quantum wells coupled to metasurfaces. These metasurfaces has potential for applications ranging from voltage-tunable high-harmonic generation to ultrafast beam steering.
