Research interests
Develop and implement the strategic direction of CINT’s user program. Duties include managing an operating cadence for the user program including content (dashboards, metrics) as well as process (review process, schedule and allocated resources); defining and executing the user proposal processes; planning and executing annual user meetings; tracking and reporting user program activities including intellectual property and DOE reporting requirements; managing interface to laboratory partnership/tech transfer organizations for proprietary CINT users; managing the Program Management Team interface to the User Executive Committee; managing interface to user community including scheduling arrangements, safety and training, and communications; managing and coordinating pre-competitive, proprietary, partner and internal user modes; providing guidance to CINT teams on objectives, content requirements and deliverables for the user program and Center operations. Responsible for building and nurturing a strategic partnership between the two national laboratory partners (Los Alamos and Sandia national laboratories).
